Question by jennybean7985: help with gift for boyfriend (sports fan especially i need ur help!!)?
i am throwing a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and i was just informed by his friend that the gift i got him is a stupid idea and that he wont like it. its a 28×22 in picture of Fenway Park ( we are from Boston) and i had it framed in a black glossy frame. the picture isnt “girly” in my opinion but his friend thinks otherwise. i am on the fence about this because his friend does know my bf reallllly well but on the other hand he is coming off as being jealous that my man has a gf and he doesnt. i included pictures of the cake and a copy of the picture..any input would be great!! he is a die hard red sox fan (as am i) so any sports fan/ red sox gift suggestions would be appreciated (game tickets are out he already has those) also to the guys on here..whats ur honest opinion about the cake? i thought it was awesome but im starting to have doubts about whether it is “guy-friendly” 
any advice,suggestions or comments are appreciated!!

Go with the picture. You state that he is a die hard Sox fan so I say its a great gift. I would be delighted if I received a gift like that.
